Realizing alignment within one’s self is the most rewarding and fulfilling journey one could ever embark upon. I began my healing quest back in my early thirties. I had all of the successes I could ever desire on the outside, and yet I was uncomfortably disconnected from myself on the inside. My restoration journey began unknowingly, with a sabbatical to Kauai and a full immersion into a backyard tropical herb garden in 2011. Crafting and drinking fresh tea from these medicinal herb gardens everyday began transforming my body and mind back to health. Eventually, the plant medicine helped reopen my desire to BE with myself on a deeper level.

I was compelled to share these high-efficacy herbs and medicines with the world as my authentic experience with them was simply miraculous. Kauai Farmacy was born in 2012 with the mission to grow the most vibrant medicinal herbs and deliver them in the freshest, purest form to others. The plants grew, the farm grew, and the mission grew. My expanding family, farm, and business responsibilities beckoned me to go deeper within and initiate fundamental healing practices that are unshakable. My relentless desire for more clarity, energy, and balance sought these fundamental Life Practices of nutrition, herbal medicine, yoga, meditation and breathwork. To this day, I weave these Practices in to my daily life to fortify my path, ground my desires, and fulfill my journey. I strive to live each day resonating my highest potential.
